HOW LONG WILL THE PROCESS TAKE?
If you are ready to do the work, we will collaborate to establish specific, measurable, realistic and time sensitive goals. Initial goals are usually achieved between 6 and 12 weeks.
HOW MUCH ARE YOUR SERVICES?
Individual Therapy is $125 for 50 min.
Adolescent Therapy (10-17) is $150 for 50 min.
Couples Therapy is $175 for 50 min.

WILL MY HEALTH INSURANCE COVER THERAPY?
I am able to accept Aetna, Cigna, Optum, Anthem, MHN, Kaiser Permanente (Southern CA), Tricare West, Blue Shield Of CA. Intake is facilitated by Rula Mental Health for members of the aforementioned plans. To schedule an appointment, you may click here: Appointment Reservation Portal

HOW DO YOU COLLECT PAYMENT FOR SERVICES? WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Rula accepts a broad range of insurance plans nationwide, including most major commercial carriers, as well as select Medicare Advantage and Managed Medicaid plans. Because coverage can differ by state and network, patients can confirm their in-network status during benefit verification or through the Rula portal.
WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE?
All payments are processed through the Rula platform. Rula accepts most major credit cards and will securely save your payment information. Most patients can use the Rula patient portal to update their credit card information on file without needing to contact Customer Support!
DO YOU ONLY PROVIDE TELEHEALTH?
Yes. I am only accepting telehealth clients at this time. As I am licensed in California, I am only able to accept clients who are physically located in California. When providing services online, I will need to confirm your location at the start of each session. My offices are located in West Los Angeles and will be expanding soon to South Los Angeles.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
I understand that sometimes issues come up. I require 24 hours notice for cancellation. If I do not receive notice, or, if I receive late notice (less than 24 hours before our session time), you will be charged $90.
